Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Feta Tabbouleh

1 cup (dry) (uncooked) Quinoa Organic Grain
2 fillet Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets
1 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
1 cup slices Cucumber
2 oz Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled
10 Teaspoon Juice
1 tsp Cumin
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Feta Tabbouleh

Preheat oven to 375. Season chicken breast with cumin and pepper and cook in oven until done. Rinse quinoa and cook according to package. Rinse quinoa again once done and place in large bowl. Chop cucumer and half cherry tomato and add to bowl. Chop chicken and add remaining ingredients to bowl. Toss to combine and chill for an hour.
