Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Feta Salad Pita Sandwich

7 ounces chicken breast (cooked)
3/4 cups peas (steamed and cooled)
2/3 cups chopped tomato (1 medium)
1 ounce fat free feta
1/4 cup scallions (sliced)
1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
2 pita bread
1 cup spinach leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Mixed salad greens or spinach leaves

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Feta Salad Pita Sandwich

  1. Combine chicken, peas, tomato, feta cheese and scallions in a large bowl. Stir in yogurt and toss to combine.

  2. Cut pita bread in halves. Open pockets and line each half with mixed salad greens. Spoon chicken-feta mixture.
