Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fajitas

1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 cup, sliced Onions
0.5 cup, sliced Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 cup, sliced Peppers, Sweet, Red
1.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 serving Mission Foods, Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 Inch
2 oz Green Chiles

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajitas

  1. Grill the chicken in vegetable oil. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Remove from stove when cooked.

  2. Grill the sliced onions, green peppers, and red peppers until blackened. (Don't add more oil for this step)

  3. Return the chicken to the pan and add canned green chile. (The chile lacks salt. I usually add a couple more shakes from the shaker at this point.)
