Recipe Ingredients for chicken fajitas

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
25 grams Tomato Puree
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
40 grams Wine, Table, Red
240 grams Chicken

Recipe Directions for chicken fajitas

  1. Slice onions and peppers. Cut chicken into strips. Mix all the other ingredients apart from the oil. Add 2tsp cajun spice, 1tsp sweet paprika, fresh coriander and some black pepper. Mix in the chicken

  2. Fry the marinated chicken, peppers and onions in 1 tbs olive oil until browned and cooked through. Serve with tortilla wraps, salad, salsa etc.
