1 lb Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Thighs
1 onion
2 red peppers
2 oz fajita Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajitas

  1. slice chicken thighs into thin slices, slice onions and peppers into long thin slices, saute in skillet into cooked or hot, then add faita seasoning mix until well blended.

  2. serve over rice or on tortilla.
