1 tortilla La Banderita Fajita
0.5 oz Nonfat
0.25 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.15 medium raw Onion Red
0.25 oz Cotija

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajitas

  1. Heat EVOO

  2. Add sliced onions & peppers, & saute until soft.

  3. Meanwhile, season chicken with salt/pepper/taco seasoning/chipotle power/minced garlic.

  4. Grill chicken until done & cut into strips.

  5. Serve on tortillas with greek yogurt, peppers, onion, & cheese.
