2 chicken breast
1 cup red pepper
1 cup green pepper
1 med onion
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. chili powder
15 grams. Salt Substitute
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. sugar
4 g Bouillon Cubes
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 medium avocado
1 small tomato
1 cup romaine
2 tbsp canola oil
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajitas

  1. marinade chicken with seasonings

  2. cook veggies in oil

  3. add chicken with spices and cornstarch

  4. serve with warm carb count tortillas, avocado, lettuce and tomato
