Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fajitas

0.5 tablespoon Oregano
48 4 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
3 tsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 onion Yellow Onion

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajitas

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Wrap tortillas in foil and put in oven while cooking filling.

  3. Put sliced, stripped chicken breast in gallon ziploc bag with chili and oregano. Shake till coated. Set aside.

  4. Saute onion, pepper, and garlic until soft. Remove from oil.

  5. In same pan, add chicken strips and cook till no longer pink.

  6. Fill tortillas, top with salsa and eat!
