Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fajitas

3/4 onion
3/4 green pepper
4 oz chicken breast
3 oz chicken broth
1 tbs fajita seasoning
1/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajitas

  1. slice onions, pepper and cooked chicken breast. Put chicken breast aside.

  2. heat broth in skillet until bubbly (med heat)

  3. add seasoning, onions and peppers

  4. saute about 5 minutes, reduce heat, cover and simmer about 10 minutes.

  5. Add chicken and stir until coated and wormed through.

  6. Serve with 1/2 cup low sodium black beans and a sprinkle of colby jack cheese.
