Easy low calorie chicken fajitas.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fajitas

4 chicken breast - boneless, skinless
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 yellow onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbs cumin
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs oregano
1 tomatoe

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajitas

  1. Juliene chicken, peppers, onion and tomatoe. Cook chicken in one tablespoon of olive oil. Remove chicken from pan. Saute onions, garlic and peppers. Add chicken back to pan. Add tomatoe and spices cook a couple of minutes more.

  2. Serve on corn or flour tortilla, with garnishments such as cheese, sour cream, salsa and/or sliced guacamole.
