Chicken fajitas made with reduced sodium seasoning mix

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fajitas

2 chicken breast
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 onion
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
8 whole wheat tortillas
8 tsp low fat sour cream
8 tbsp salsa
8 oz cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajitas

  1. Cut chicken, peppers and onion into strips.

  2. Fry chicken in olive oil until no longer pink.

  3. Add reduced sodium fajita seasoning package and 1/4 cup water.

  4. Add peppers and onion.

  5. Simmer and stir for 5 minutes.
