Recipe Ingredients for chicken fajitas

1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups sliced onion
2 cups sliced red pepper
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for chicken fajitas

  1. cut up veggies

  2. cut up chicken

  3. place all ingredients in plastic zipper bag

  4. marinate for 1 hour

  5. cook on med-high heat

  6. serve with warmed wheat tortillas, cheese, guacamole, lettuce an fresh tomato
