Recipe Ingredients for chicken fajitas

1.41 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut for stewing
1 large red pepper
1 large green pepper
1/2 large onion
6 ounces black olives
1.27 ounce taco seasoning
1 large tomato
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for chicken fajitas

  1. heat oil over medium-high heat in a skillet. cook onion and peppers until tender set aside

  2. grill chicken thoroughly

  3. stir in seasoning mix and water bring to a boil stirring occasionally for 3 minutes

  4. return vegtables to skillet and heat through
