Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fajitas

7 tortillas
2 cups chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons lime juice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajitas

Whisk together soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, onion, and lime juice. Soak chicken for at least one hour, longer if desired. Grill on George Foreman grill. Soak bell peppers (cut into strips) in marinade. Grill them as well. Serve on tortillas, with whatever toppings you want. (You can also grill onions with the peppers)
