Yummy fajitas with lots of veggies!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fajitas

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled, sliced
6 oz World Harbors Mexican Style Fajita Sauce
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 large red pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
8 wheat tortillas
4 oz mexican cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajitas

  1. Saute all veggies in large skillet/wok until at desired tenderness.

  2. Add chicken and marinade.

  3. Simmer over low heat until hot.

  4. Warm tortilla shells in microwave for about 60sec.

  5. Evenly distribute meat and veggies into shells with pico, sour cream, cheese and guacamole.

  6. Enjoy.
