Chicken Fajitas with peppers, onions & avocado

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fajitas

12 oz chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
1/2 red onion
1 avocado
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
6 tbsp sour cream
3 whole wheat tortillas

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajitas

  1. Slice chicken into strips.

  2. Cook with seasonings until no longer pink.

  3. Cut peppers & onions into strips & cook along with chicken until done.

  4. Slice avocado & cook a couple minutes with the chicken mixture

  5. Put mixture into tortillas & top with sour cream.

  6. Voila!
