1/2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 oz. Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 Yellow Onion
1/4 Sweet Bell Pepper
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Table Salt
2 tbsp. Cilantro
1 Flour Tortilla

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajitas (curves pretein2)

  1. Cut chicken into slices.

  2. Julienne onion and peppers.

  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil.

  4. Add chicken and onion and saute for 5 minutes, stirring often.

  5. Add peppers, chili powder, cumin and salt and cook for five minutes, stirring often.

  6. Chop cilantro.

  7. Stir in cilantro and serve.
