Delicious and nutritious! This sweet, tangy recipe is low on calories, but will satiate that thirst for flavour. A very satisfying meal by itself, or with a small salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fajita Wraps

2 wraps
1 tomato
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup tomato puree
1/2 onion, sliced in half rings
1 red pepper
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp low-fat sour cream
1/2 chicken breast
2 lettuce leaves
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajita Wraps

  1. Fry onion in olive oil, then add pepper. Add chicken and garlic and fry until the chicken is browned.

  2. Add spices to taste (oregano, cumin, coriander, paprika and chilli, for example), salt, sugar, tomato puree and vinegar.

  3. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and sauce is reduced.

  4. Serve in wraps with shredded lettuce and sour cream.

  5. Delicious by itself, with a side salad or baked potato wedges.
