Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fajita Skillet

2 2/5 oz grilled chicken
1 oz onion, sliced
1 oz green pepper, sliced
2 oz tomato, diced
1 tsp coconut oil
3/4 oz pepper jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajita Skillet

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sautee 2 minutes. Add the green pepper and sautee another 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and saute 3 minutes.

  2. Slice chicken into bite-size pieces. Add it and heat through, stirring often, until chicken is reheated. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and grated garlic.

  3. Turn fajitas out onto serving plate. Top with grated cheese. Allow to sit 2 minutes so cheese melts.
