A good alternative for me when my non-dieting family gets burritos from Taco Bell. Two of the small tortillas weigh 75 grams, so it makes a hearty meal.

Recipe Ingredients for chicken fajita

75 grams flour tortilla
100 grams boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in strips
1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
1/4 onion, cut in strips
1 cooking spray
2 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons fat free sour cream

Recipe Directions for chicken fajita

Saute the chicken strips in cooking spray until almost done. Add green peppers and onions and continue sauteing until chicken is completely cooked and vegetables are crisp/tender. Add salsa and mix thoroughly. Heat tortillas, (griddle or microvave, as you prefer). Place half the mixture on each tortilla, add 1 tablespoon sour cream to each and fold in half.
