Yummy Chicken meal thats quick and low cal

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fajita

1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
2 peppers
2 courgette
2 chicken breast
1 tsp barbeque seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajita

  1. Chop onion, peppers, cougette and chicken.

  2. Fry onions for 2-3 minutes, then add the chicken for 3-4 minutes followed by the cougette and peppers. Add the seasonings and cook gently until the chicken is completely cooked, serve in a tortilla wrap with a little low fat greek yoghurt.
