Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Fajita Lettuce Wraps

1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
16 oz raw Ground Chicken
1 tsp Garlic Powder
12 leaf outer Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
3 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
1/2 cup, shredded Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Fajita Lettuce Wraps

Dice peppers and onions. Set aside. Put ground chicken into skillet with garlic and cook half through. Add onions, mushrooms and peppers. Cook till chicken is done. Scoop 1/4 cup of mixture into each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with cheese and a little sour cream. Roll and enjoy.
