3 tortillas Tortillas
3 oz. cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Salsa
2 tbl Black Beans
1/2 (5 grams g) chile Chiles
1/4 cup Corn
1/4 cup Cheese

Recipe Directions for CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

PUT 2 CHICKEN BREAST IN SLOW COOKER. COVER WITH SALSA & COOK TILL TENDER. SHRED WITH 2 FORKS. ADD EVERYTHING BUT THE TORTILLAS & CHEESE. PLACE 2 TBL OF FILLING ON TORTILLA & ROLL UP. THEY MAY CRACK A LITTLE. PLACE IN A 9" SQUARE PAN. TOP WITH SALSA & CHEESE & BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.
