Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Enchiladas

16 oz Chicken Breast
1 1/2 cups Salsa
1 cup Sour Cream
10 1/2 oz Cream of Chicken
8 oz Shredded Cheese
10 Flour Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Chicken Enchiladas

  1. Combine Chicken (already cooked and shredded), 1/2 Cup of Salsa and Sour Cream in a bowl.

  2. Spoon into Tortillas and Place in Greased 13x9 Pan.

  3. Combine Cream of Chicken and 1 Cup of Salsa and Pour on Top.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle Cheese on top for the last five minutes.

  6. 16 oz chicken = 4 chicken breasts
