Recipe Ingredients for Chicken enchiladas

2 cans Soup, Cream Of Chicken
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Cream, Sour, Cultured
1 cup Pepper, Black
12 Tortillas, Ready-to-bake Or -fry, Corn
2 cups Chicken, Meat Only, Roasted
1 cup Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Chicken enchiladas

  1. Cook tortillas in hot oil until soft (3 ? 5 seconds each side).

  2. 2.Drain on paper towels.

  3. 3.Mix soup, sour cream, chiles and together and heat on low.

  4. 4.Dip tortillas in sauce and fill with 1 T meat & cheese.

  5. 5.Roll and put in 9x12 baking pan.

  6. 6.Pour remaining sauce over top and remaining cheese on top of sauce.

  7. 7.Heat in oven at 350 degrees until bubbly
