Chicken enchiladas with sour cream, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and chilies

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Enchiladas

1 flour tortilla
1/4 cup light sour cream
1/4 can mushroom soup
1/4 cup Tomatoes and Green Chilies, diced
86 g chicken, breasts
1/4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup mozzarella cheese
16 black olives

Recipe Directions for Chicken Enchiladas

  1. cook chicken, cut in small pieces

  2. cook tortillas

  3. mix sour cream, soup and tomatoes with chilies

  4. spread mix on both sides of tortillas

  5. add chicken, cheese, olives

  6. fold tortillas

  7. put in a baking pan

  8. bake 350 for 45 min covered, uncover for the last 10 min.
