Chicken, onion, cheese and enchilada sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Enchiladas

8 flour tortillas
12 oz chicken, canned
1/2 onion, diced
16 oz enchilada sauce
2 cups colby cheese, shredded
8 oz (bush beans) black beans

Recipe Directions for Chicken Enchiladas

  1. Combine chicken, onion, beans 1/2 cheese and 1/2 sauce.

  2. Spoon onto flour tortillas and roll up tortilla.

  3. Line up enchiladas in a baking dish and top with

  4. remaining sauce and cheese.

  5. Back 350 for 30-45 minutes.

  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
