Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Enchiladas

10 flour tortillas
1/2 cup green chilies, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. diced onion
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
4 cups chicken, cooked and diced (reserve liquid)

Topping:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Enchiladas

Mix together chicken, cheese, onion, green chilies, and soup. Place heaping tablespoons of mixture in middle of each tortilla; roll up and place seam-down in a 9x13-inch pan. Mix topping: Mix soup and l can chicken broth to make smooth sauce. Pour over enchiladas and top with grated cheese. Bake at 325 for 30 to 40 minutes.
