Fast and easy chicken enchiladas for dinner

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Enchiladas

1 1/2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken, shredded
1 1/4 cups fat free sour cream
10 3/4 ounce cream of chicken soup
2 cups of cheese, shredded
1 cup of salsa
6 tortillas

Recipe Directions for Chicken Enchiladas

  1. Mix sour cream, soup, and salsa in a bowl.

  2. Scoop 1/4 of mixture into another bowl.

  3. In larger bowl, mix in chicken.

  4. Spread about a spoon full of mixture in each tortilla shell. Top with cheese and roll.

  5. Place in large baking dish seam side down.

  6. Cover rolled tortillas with mixture that was set aside.

  7. Cover and cook in oven on 350 for 20 minutes

  8. Remove and sprinkle more cheese on top.

  9. Bake, uncovered, for about 5 more minutes.

  10. Remove, let cool, and serve!
