Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Enchiladas

3 oz Oven Roasted Rotisserie Chicken, 3.25-3.75 lb.
4.575 oz Refried Beans, Traditional
1.397 oz Green Chilies
16 oz Old El Paso Sauce Green Chile Enchilada Mild
8 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
4 tortilla 10" Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas 8ct
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Enchiladas

  1. Break down the rotisserie chicken

  2. mix chills, enchilada sauce, soup and chicken together.

  3. layer torn up tortilla on bottom, spread refried beans, then sauce mixture. repeat and top with cheese.

  4. bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F/170 degrees C

  5. uncover and bake 5 minutes to finish melting cheese.
