Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Enchilada Soup

15 oz of ranch style beans
15 oz of whole kernel corn
10 1/2 oz of rotel tomatoes
14 1/2 oz of Swanson Chicken Broth
10 3/4 oz of Cream of chicken soup
8 oz of light sour cream
1 3/8 oz of Enchilada Seasoning
40 oz of chicken boneless skinless breast

Recipe Directions for Chicken Enchilada Soup

  1. Boil Chicken till cooked completely through.

  2. In Seperate pot mix Broth, Enchilada Mix, and Sour Cream

  3. Drain and chop of chicken

  4. Mix chicken and broth mixture and heat through.
