Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Enchilada Casserole

16 oz light red kidney beans
2 cups chicken broth, low fat
17 oz tomato sauce
12 oz chicken breast
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced peppers, green sweet
1 taco seasoning
1 cup frozen corn
5 oz tortilla chips

Recipe Directions for Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Put all ingredients (except tortilla chips) into pressure cooker. Cook on meat setting for 15 minutes. When pressure comes down, open and add tortilla chips. Serve hot.
