A yummy chicken casserole dish my sister taught me.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Enchilada Casserole

1 lb. of boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can of cream of chicken soup
10 oz. of Enchilada Sauce
36 grams of chicken bouillon
9 1/4 oz. of fritos
2 cups of colby cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Enchilada Casserole

  1. Boil chicken breasts with 3 cubes of chicken bouillon.

  2. Save 1 cup of broth from chicken.

  3. Mix cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce and chicken broth together.

  4. Shred chicken and mix with mixture.

  5. Make a layer of fritos at the bottom of pan.

  6. Layer chicken mix.

  7. Layer fritos.

  8. Layer chicken mix.

  9. Add the 2 cups of cheese on top.

  10. Put in oven for 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
