Website wouldn't find enchilada sauce, so I substituted tomato sauce for calorie purposes.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Enchilada Casserole

6 corn tortillas
1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup poblano pepper, diced
1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
10 ounces tomato sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Brown chicken in skillet. Toss chicken with peppers, onions and 1/2 of the enchilada sauce. Place 3 tortillas in botton oven casserole dish. Pour chicken mixtuer over tortillas. Cover mixture with 1/2 of cheese. Cover cheese with last 3 tortillas, then remaing enchilada sauce, then remaing cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is metled and started to brown.
