Recipe Ingredients for chicken enchaladas

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup picante sauce
2 tsp chili powder
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
6 flour tortillas
1/2 cup tomato
1/2 cup green onion

Recipe Directions for chicken enchaladas

  1. stir soup, sour cream, picante and chili pdr in bowl

  2. stir 1 cup of above mix with chicken and cheese in bowl

  3. divide chicken mix among tortillas

  4. roll up tortillas and place seamless side down in shallow dish

  5. pour remaining picante over

  6. bake 350 for 40 minutes

  7. top with tomato and onion
