Recipe Ingredients for chicken enchalada

3 breasts chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cloves garlic
3 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cheese
1 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for chicken enchalada

  1. boil chicken , use broth and add to the cream of chicken soup, mix with cheddar cheese

  2. and sour cream, layer between pieces of flour tortilla, top with mozarella cheese.

  3. bake at 350 for one hour
