Basic Recipe for an American Classic.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Dumplings

16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
3 tbs All-purpose Flour
4 cup Chicken Broth
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
300 grams Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 cup, diced Celery
3 tbsp Butter
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 cup BUTTERMILK BISCUIT MIX
1 teaspoon Thyme

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Dumplings

Diced vegetables and saute with butter and oil for 5 minutes. Add flour and cooke for an additional two minutes. Add broth and thyme and bring to a boil. When Boiling, Add chicken tenderloins cut into bite size pieces. Simmer for 8 minutes on medium heat. Meanwhile, add 1/2 cup water to an 8oz box of biscuit mix(jiffy). Mix until combined. When 8 mins are up, drop teaspoonfuls of the biscuit mix into the pot. Cover and summer an aditional 8-10 minutes.
