Recipe Ingredients for chicken and dumplings

3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Skim Milk Fat Free
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for chicken and dumplings

  1. boil chicken

  2. mix flour, eggs, milk and water together until you have biscuit mix. (one can substitute and other biscuit recipe)

  3. Shred chicken and place back in broth spoon in biscuit mix and boil until biscuits are cooked.

  4. add more stock if liquid is low
