Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Dumplings

2496 grams refrigerated biscuits
18 ozs chicken breast, boneless skinless
4 c chicken broth, fat-free
4 stalks celery
1/2 c onion chopped
1 c skim milk
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Dumplings

Add chopped, cooked chicken breast, onion & celery to boiling chicken broth. Pinch off nickel sized chunks of refrigerated biscuit dough and add to boil water. Add milk and butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on low for 25 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
