Just a yummy and easy recipe for chicken and dumplings

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and dumplings

2 chicken breast, bite size pieces
2 cups water
1 chicken stock cube
2 can mushroom soup
1 onion diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 carrots, diced
7 oz biscuits
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Chicken and dumplings

Sautee the onions in the butter in a large saucepan. Once translucent, add the chicken and cook until chicken is just done. Add the carrots and bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes. Add soup, water and chicken stock and cook for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. When the soup is about cooked, it is time to add the biscuits. Tear the biscuits into bite size pieces and add slowly to the soup. Cook for another 10 - 15 minutes and serve.
