Recipe Ingredients for chicken and dumplings

4 chicken breast
10 cups Broth
8 potatoes
12 carrots
1/2 cup flour
2 cups bisquick
1 onion

Recipe Directions for chicken and dumplings

  1. peel carrots and potatoes

  2. cut vegetables into bite size pieces

  3. heat olive oil in a stockpot

  4. add vegetables to the pan, cook covered, stirring occasionally

  5. cut chicken into bite size pieces

  6. add broth to the pot, bring to a boil

  7. add the chicken, cook for 15-20 minutes

  8. prepare bisquick, add by the teaspoon to the pot

  9. cook covered another 15 minutes
