Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Dumplings

0.95 cup mix Original Pancake Mix
4 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
10 3/4 oz Cream of Celery Condensed Soup
2 cube Vegetable Bouillon
2 cube Bouillon Cubes
5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 1/2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Dumplings

add water to mix, drop by tbl into boiling water with bouillon until cooked, meanwhile place chopped vegetables in small amount of water and bring to a boil, then add cream of celery and chopped cooked chicken thighs, stir together and serve over mashed potatoes
