Quick and easy chicken and dumplings with veggies inside

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Dumplings by Amy

1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
10 3/4 ounce corn
10 3/4 ounce green beans
2 cups carrots
2 stalks celery, sliced
10 3/4 ounce cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp-ground black pepper
2 cups bisquick
2/3 cups skim milk

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Dumplings by Amy

  1. Place chicken, potatoes, carrots and celery in 6 quart slow cooker

  2. Mix soup, water and black pepper. Pour over all

  3. cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until chicken id done

  4. Mix baking mix and milk. Spoon batter over chicken mixture. Tilt lid to vent and cook on HIGH 30 mins or until dumplings are cooked in center.
