Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Drumsticks with Lemon Slices and Crispy Herbs

48 oz Drumsticks
4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tsp Sea Salt
1 serving Ground Red Pepper Spice
8 oz Thyme, Fresh
8 oz Rosemary, Fresh
8 oz Tarragon
8 oz Sage
3 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
10 cloves, raw Garlic

Recipe Directions for Chicken Drumsticks with Lemon Slices and Crispy Herbs

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place the drumsticks in a large roasting pan. Generously drizzle them with olive oil, then season with sea salt, pepper and the garlic and fresh herbs. Place the lemon slices on top of each drumstick and the leftovers in the bottom of the pan.

  3. Place the pan in the oven and cook for about 80 minutes. While roasting, turn the drumsticks and scrape the lemon slices from the bottom of the pan from time to time to loosen and evenly brown.

  4. Serve the drumsticks with the cooked lemon slices and crispy herbs.
