A relatively low cal version of this tasty meal

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Divan

10 ounce of soup
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 cup low fat cheese, grated
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder
10 ounces broccoli, chopped
14 ounces cooked chicken, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chicken Divan

  1. Mix the soup, mayo, sour cream, grated cheese, lemon juice and pepper.

  2. Grease a large casserole dish.

  3. Put broccoli on the bottom of the dish.

  4. Add chicken.

  5. Pour soup mixture over the chicken.

  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

  7. Cover the casserole with foil.

  8. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

  9. Remove the foil and bake another 5-10 minutes.
