A great way to use leftover chicken or turkey. Not exactly diet friendly, though!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Divan

20 oz frozen broccoli
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup bread crumbs, softened
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Chicken Divan

  1. Partially cook broccoli, drain well. Place in bottom of greased 13*9 pan.

  2. Place cooked chicken on top.

  3. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cumin and pour over chicken.

  4. Sprinkle with cheese.

  5. Melt butter and combine with bread crumbs, put on top.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
