A tasty favorite in my home. Can be served alone or over rice. Also, the cheese can be left out or reduced for a lower calorie meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Divan

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp cumin
4 cups broccoli
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Chicken Divan

Brown chicken in pan. Cook broccoli.(This recipe works great with frozen broccoli) Layer in square 8x8 pan. Broccoli first, then chicken. Cover with shredded cheese. Mix soups and add cumin. Put this mixture over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 min. Can be served alone or over rice.
