Casserole. Serves 8. Or make into two smaller pans and freeze one for later.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Divan

1 pound broccoli
1 pound penne pasta
1 pound chicken breasts
16 ounces fat free sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Divan

  1. Cover bottom of pan with raw broccoli florets.

  2. Cook pasta, drain, and add on top of broccoli.

  3. Cut up cooked chicken and top noodles.

  4. Mix sour cream, mayo, and soups together. Salt and pepper to taste and pour over top of casserole. Top with shredded cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
