Lower fat version of the classic. Use frozen broccolli spears.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Divan

1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
10 oz broccoli
1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Divan

  1. Place diced chicken breasts in baking dish.

  2. Lay broccoli over chicken.

  3. Spread mushroom soup over top.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and brown in oven if desired.

  6. Enjoy!
