1 serving Chicken Divan made from leftovers

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Divan (Jen's)

3 oz. Chicken, Roasting, meat only
1/2 cup Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 T Onions - raw
1/2 oz. Cheddar Cheese
1 T Hellmans Light mayo
1/2 cup Brocolli

Recipe Directions for Chicken Divan (Jen's)

  1. chop 2 T onions, add 1 T water and microwave onions about 30 sec. to "cook"

  2. layer 1/2 cup already cooked (I steam fresh brocolli) over "cooked" onions

  3. chop 3 oz. skinless, boneless chicken (I use chicken I purchase already roasted at grocers)

  4. mix 1 T. Hellman's Light mayo w/ few drops lemon juice and 1/2 cup Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom soup - pour over chicken, brocolli, onions

  5. sprinkle 1/2 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese over top

  6. Bake at 350 / about 20 min.
